The Mills Brothers for me sing this like they wrote it. Leon Redbone, Louis Armstrong and Tommy Dorsey and Orchestra do fantastic versions also.
I began doing this arrangement when I was playing acoustic guitars live and all of the time, before the swap to gibson archtops, the speed changes sounded a lot more gypsy then, and I hope you'll agree Robin certainly sends things a little more in that direction. Wonderful chops.
